Website enquiries and your data

When you submit an enquiry, contact or callback form on this website, the details you provide, your name, email address, telephone number, area of interest and any message, are emailed to our clinic team and stored securely so we can respond to you. We use them to contact you about your enquiry and arrange a consultation, not for unrelated marketing unless you separately opt in.

Please do not submit detailed medical history through a website form. We will take your clinical details securely at consultation.
