A specialist protocol for enlarged male chest tissue, restoring a flat, firm, masculine chest.
Enlarged male chest tissue, often referred to as gynaecomastia, is a mix of fatty tissue and firmer glandular tissue. Treating the fat alone leaves a residual disc behind the nipple, which is why a specialist protocol matters.
We use VASER to address the fatty component and remove the glandular tissue through a small, discreet incision, tightening the skin where needed. The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic with same-day discharge and a compression vest worn afterwards.
