Liposuction is not a single price because it is not a single procedure. The figure you are quoted depends on how many areas are treated, how much sculpting the result needs, the setting and the anaesthetic used. That is why quotes across the UK vary so widely, and why a headline number on its own tells you very little.
Our packages start from £2,000. Every procedure here is performed under local anaesthetic as a walk in, walk out day case, so there is no general anaesthetic, no anaesthetist fee and no overnight stay. Removing those costs is what allows consultant led treatment at this level rather than a hospital theatre price.
You receive a written, fixed quote after your free consultation and Body Report. It does not change on the day, and if you decide to add an area you are given a revised quote in writing before anything proceeds.

- Your quote covers the procedure itself, theatre and clinical time, your compression garment, and your follow up check ups. There are no separate theatre, garment or aftercare fees added later. Anything not included is stated in writing on your quote.
- Why is VASER at a local anaesthetic clinic less than a hospital quote? +
- Because the procedure is performed awake as a day case, there is no general anaesthetic, no anaesthetist and no overnight hospital bed. Removing those costs is what allows consultant led treatment at this price rather than a traditional hospital theatre fee.
- Do you offer finance? +
- Finance is available through a third party lender, subject to application, affordability checks and lender approval. Applicants must be 18 or over and UK residents. The monthly figure depends on your treatment plan, deposit, term and APR, and full details are given at your consultation.
- Is the consultation really free? +
- Yes. The consultation includes a 3D body analysis and a written Body Report at no cost, with no obligation to proceed.
- Does the price change on the day? +
- No. The written quote issued after your consultation is fixed. If your plan changes because you decide to add an area or a treatment, you receive a revised written quote before anything goes ahead.
- Is cheaper liposuction a false economy? +
- It can be. A meaningful share of the work we do is correcting uneven contours left elsewhere, and a correction costs more than getting it right once. Compare the surgeon, the setting and what is included, not only the headline figure.
