Good outcomes start with good selection. The strongest results we produce are on patients who were suitable in the first place, and part of our job at consultation is to say no when the answer is no.
The four things that matter most
- A stable weight: not a target weight, a stable one. Fluctuation after treatment blurs the result.
- Localised fat: pockets that persist despite consistent diet and training.
- Skin elasticity: skin that will retract over the new contour, or a plan to tighten it.
- Realistic expectations: VASER reshapes proportions, it does not make you a different body.
Health considerations
Conditions such as diabetes, hypertension or clotting disorders do not automatically exclude you, but they must be disclosed and reviewed, and we may request a letter from your GP. We treat adults from 18 with no upper age limit, provided general health allows.
We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and after giving birth we generally advise waiting until weight has been stable for several months.
Cases we see often
Lipoedema, where VASER 360 combined with E-Body Sculpting reduces volume, disproportion and discomfort. Male chest fat, where a specialist protocol addresses gynaecomastia. Post-pregnancy contour, once weight has settled. And post-op corrections, where a previous procedure left irregularity.
When we say no
If you are seeking weight loss rather than contour, if your weight is still moving significantly, or if the skin will not cooperate with the result you want, we will say so and explain what would need to change first. A free consultation that ends in honest advice is still a useful consultation.
